Ms. LaValley began her martial arts career over 10 years ago. During this time, she has trained extensively in both Oklahoma and Texas and continues to further her training.   She has competed in many World, National and Regional tournaments winning many titles and trophies. She is passionate about taekwondo and loves teaching martial arts to both young and old alike. Her goals are not only to teach students the life skills needed to succeed in life, but to encourage and help each student achieve his or her goals. She wishes to help create Norman and America's next leaders one Black Belt at a time.
